Baking test oven

Used for:

Early warning test for resistance to high temperature.

The Baking test is the only quantitative test giving early warning of changes in laminate quality of laminated safety glass.

Conforms to:

ECE R-43 Annex 6 paragraph 4.3.3.1 and EN 14449 (EN 12543-4)

Principle of operation:

It is an electronically controlled preheating chamber assuring temperature accuracy and reproducible results. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel. The glass sample support is made of teflon and steel to hold glass samples of the size 300 mm x 300 mm.
